– জ্বরে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা হিসেবে তাপমাত্রা কমিয়ে এনে তাৎক্ষনিক আরাম দেয়।

– যে স্থানে লাগাবেন সে স্থানটি পরিষ্কার করে শুকিয়ে নিন।কুলিং প্যাচ এর আঠালো পাশটি সেখানে লাগান।

সতর্কতা:

– শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা হলে, প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের তত্ত্বাবধানে রাখুন।

– ৩৯ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে শরীরের তাপমাত্রা থাকলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।
