– প্রথমে মুখে পানির ঝাপটা দিয়ে ভেজা হাতে পরিমান মত নিয়ে ফেনা তৈরি করুন।
– এরপর এই ফেনা মুখে ভাল ভাবে ম্যাসেজ করুন।
– শেষে হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
